That is very unfair tbh. You shouldn't be allowed to sell pre-order things at a reduced price.
All the more reason i'm not getting it preorder. I paid £18 for my 2nd copy of GW from play.com.
Whats more i still don't get how you update 2 accounts of GW to Factions

What is that in American Dollars? It does see unfair... they must be selling it at a loss?
I wouldn't be surprised if they "run out" of CE, and ship the regular edition instead...

I dont think they ship the pre order box before the 28th though.. and they may not even include it anyway. But its only about £2 to buy it from GAME stores (UK).

I haven't preordered mine yet, but I'm looking for a cheap place to do so. How much is that in American cash?

£21.97 Gbp = $38.8690 Usd
£29.97 Gbp = $53.0225 Usd
So yeah, quite a bit cheaper.

38$, that's pretty cheap. Is it a trusted site? I rarely buy from sites I don't know anything about. Can anyone verify that they have recieved the preorder package from this site?

If it is a shady site with prices that cheap, I bet something will go wrong in the shipping... it may take months, or god forbid, years!

Yes it would be right - with all the special offers we get in the UK we rarely pay RRP for anything. A few examples: Guild Wars 1 was £17.99, Civilization IV £17.99, Oblivion CE was available for £24.99 delivered recently (these were PC releases btw).
Tesco is one of the biggest if not the biggest supermarket chain in the UK and regularly have special offers like buy 1 get 1 free, get 3 for the price of 2 etc as I do the shopping there weekly.

The SE is the original Chap 1 of GW, and yes tax is included (under UK law goods for sale to the general public have to be shown with VAT* of 17.5% included, only businesses that sell to other businesses who can reclaim VAT are allowed to price things as + VAT). The UK office supply company Viking-Direct are a good example of this - the business site is priced without VAT added, but the general retail site is priced with VAT included - this is because businesses can reclaim VAT but the general public cannot.
*VAT = Value Added Tax the UK/European version of Sales Tax. People from outside the EU can buy EU products and have the VAT deducted - quite a few stores have signs up about this for tourists.
